Apply to join the growing California Commercial team! We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced facility maintenance technician (building engineer) to join our building engineering department. Required Experience 5+ years' experience commercial or medical building maintenance. 5+ years' professional experience in HVAC, Fire Life Safety, DDC, BMS, Electrical Controls, Plumbing and Minor Electrical Repair Work. Responsibilities Perform facility maintenance services at high-rise and low rise medical office properties in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Demonstrate sound knowledge in HVAC, Fire Life Safety, DDC, BMS, Electrical Controls and Plumbing. Must exhibit strong oral/written communication skills and communicate effectively with tenants, clients, management and engineering team members. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and staff. Perform tasks as assigned in Microsoft Word and Excel. Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
