Job Description:
The ideal candidate will become familiar with all of our Operations, including the equipment, electrical, mechanical, and buildings of our Food&Beverage operations. As the supervisor he/she will be responsible to staff, train, and direct the maintenance staff and oversee the upkeep of all the equipment and supplies. The supervisor shall also be responsible to develop and maintain a budget of payroll/staff, equipment and facility repairs, and be able to negotiate with outside vendors for supplies, repairs and other maintenance. Total numbers of hours shall be no less than 52 hours per week to a maximum of 60 hours per week, 5 1/2 days per week, but shall be on-call 24 hours /7 days per week to handle and coordinate emergencies. We are seeking talented and motivated individual with 3-5 years of proven and verified experience in commercial restaurant equipment and has supervision experience (6 or more employees). MUST have experience with high volume units and bilingual (Spanish and Engish).
