AECOM is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for our 2nd shift industrial operations and maintenance team at a heavy equipment manufacturing plant in Decatur, IL! • Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm; hours may vary based on business demand. • Apply now at https://aecom.jobs/jobs/?location=decatur! Please contact us! • Amanda Osborn at 706-325-8606 or amanda.osborn@aecom.com • Jody Kirchgessner at 309-423-2786 or jody.kirchgesner@aecom.com The Supervisor is responsible for technical support, direction, safety training, audits and quality control for AECOM facility maintenance employees in a fast-paced an industrial manufacturing environment. • Direct reports include Industrial Electricians, Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, Parts / Tool Crib & Logistics personnel, Maintenance Planner / Schedulers, and related technical staff. • Business support, safety staff, and HR / Recruiting are provided by the home office in Peoria, IL. The Supervisor is responsible for the prioritization of work based on the needs of the client and for the on-time completion of all work, as well as all documentation involved. • Provides and / or schedules needed training and cross-training for multi-functional employees. • Implements all safety rules and guidelines for all AECOM employees. • Also responsible for scheduling, planning, documentation, maintaining performance and reporting with AECOM management team and client. Responsibilities: • Monitor and/or manage the entry of correct documentation and scheduled maintenance via Maximo/SAP. • Manage reactive/corrective maintenance as it is reported and distribute to available technicians. • Lead safety program for the worksite and maintain reporting associated with safety activities. • Audit work performance for safety actions and quality of work, and provide coaching as needed. • Review new job requests to differentiate between in-scope and non-scope work, and address accordingly. • Maintain effective performance of individual employees and the worksite team. • Review and approve time reporting. • Compile, maintain and present various reports to AECOM management and client teams. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Four years of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role. 2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent trade school credentials. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites with emphasis on the ability to navigate and formulate within Excel and Access 4. Experience in a supervisory or Sub-contract management capacity within a technical industrial or manufacturing environment 5. Experience in a leadership position demonstrating the ability to analyze Facility Maintenance related problems (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Grounds); then recognize and determine solutions (engineered or otherwise) for resolution. This includes but is not limited to; opportunities for improved asset reliability, improved quality results, safer work conditions, and lower maintenance cost, improved work plans to increase efficiency. 6. Experience creating Power Point presentation and giving presentation in front of large audiences 7. Experience with the development and training of a multi-skilled technical workforce 8. Experience creating metrics and data mining for driving performance results 9.
