Job Description:
A highly respected Property management is seeking a maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local company. The maintenance tech is responsible for timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work order throughout the community. • Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders. • Ensures all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. • Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs. • Performs preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. • Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity of buildings, condition of grounds, etc. • All other duties as assigned. Requirements • High school Diploma or GED equivalent required. • Must own, own tool and reliable transportation • Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, painting, carpentry, dry wall. • Valid Driver License. • 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance related position • Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, schematics, charts, diagrams, etc • Ability to use precision measuring devices • Good troubleshooting skills • Ability to perform work in a professional manner and perform all assigned duties • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds • Ability to walk and move about, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb (ascend and descend) ladders, and work in stationary positions for long periods of time Benefits offered: • Paid time off • Health insurance • Retirement benefits
